FastDRaW

Fast Delineation by Random Walker (FastDRaW) is an interactive graph-based segmentation approach that uses labels (e.g., pixels labeled as foreground and background) to find the object boundary. It uses a coarse-to-fine strategy combined with a focused region of interest (ROI) to drastically reduce the computation time

Ultrasound-guided spinal navigation

This project aims at investigating the feasibility of intra-operative ultrasound (iUS) guidance for spinal fusion surgery. We address the problem of patient-to-preoperative CT image alignment during open spine surgery. The suftware is open-source and freely available as a plugin feature of the IBIS neuronavigation software.

Preprocessing pipeline for spine surgery

Prepares CT images for ultrasound-based image-guided spine surgery. The pipeline provides 1) conversion of preoperative CT from supine to prone position, and 2) extraction of the posterior surface of the vertebra used for image registration.
